With all the challenges we’ve faced recently, we’re very pleased to announce some GOOD NEWS:

If your phone service is in a Qwest area, your DSL or dialup access with us will remain active and even be upgraded! Our Qwest-based DSL and dialup services are now powered by visp.net, a multi-award winning company committed to providing our subscribers with the best internet access services in the country. We’ve worked with visp.net for many years to provide wholesale parts of our dialup services. There is no better company in the country to serve our valued subscribers.

Here are some of the new features that you’ll enjoy:

  • Seamless Upgrade – We’re doing everything possible to make this upgrade as seamless as possible. There will be no changes to your DSL or dialup account or email address. Continue using it just as you have.
  • Updated Home Page – An updated home page where you can access the most current world and local news, weather, financial tips, and entertainment. The new website can be accessed at http://www.ziadial.com. This new site has many new tools for subscribers.
  • Coming Soon: Upgraded Spam & Virus Filtering – A new, easy-to-use, and very powerful Spam & Virus control panel.
  • Coming Soon: New Webmail, Calendar & Tasks – An improved, easy-to-navigate, Webmail interface with complete support for tasks and calendar events, notes, addresses and tasks with Outlook synchronization. Great tool for home or on the road!
  • New Online Account Management – A new online payment center with account management features. Instantly activate or deactivate up to 6 emails and 5 aliases per account.
  • Expanded Nationwide Dial-Up Access – Now with over 75,000 dialup access numbers for access virtually anywhere in the US that you move or traveling to!
  • New 24 Hour Support – Domestic 24-hour Call Center Support. Talk to real people for help with technical support, customer service, and billing questions. We are also pleased to announce we can offer limited Spanish support.

Billing Changes:

Calendar Month Billing – Part of this upgrade requires that we streamline our billing to a calendar month, so your next bill will reflect a billing date change. Service will start at the beginning of the month and will expire at the end of the month. Starting in the month of March 2009 we will send your bill for internet services via email (or by U.S. Postal mail if previously requested) on the 10th of each month. A reminder email will be sent out on the 20th. Payments are due by the 25th for the following month’s internet service. For instance, payments for April must be made by March 25th, but have a grace period through the end of the month. Payments can be made through the new home page at www.ziadial.com.
New Flexible Payment Options – If you choose, you can have your account automatically paid with a credit/debit card or e-check. If you typically pay by check or cash during the month, you may want to sign up to pay by bank debit or credit card in March 2009 to avoid any possible service interruptions by calling 877-956-5677 and choosing the customer service option. You will receive an email invoice or statement showing the amount due for each month late in the month prior as a reminder.
